To increase air flow and reduce condensation, we've added mesh vents above the front windows. Their mesh design allows air to flow freely while keeping pesky midges and mozzies out.
Large Zipped Entrance
Large 2-way zipped entrance for easy access with ties to secure it open. Designed with a secondary mesh door to increase light and ventilation inside the tent while retaining privacy.

Cable Access Point
Living area has a zipped cable access point to power electricals via external mains connection. Velcro straps allow you tie loose cables back to keep them safely out the way.

How easy is it to pitch this tent?
This tent is designed for a quick and simple setup. Colour-coded fibreglass poles and matching pole sleeves make it easy to assemble the frame correctly. A sewn-in groundsheet and pre-attached guy lines also help speed up pitching. Simply thread the poles through the sleeves, peg the tent down, and secure the guy lines to create a stable and comfortable shelter.
How waterproof is this camping tent?
This tent features a durable polyester flysheet with a 5000mm Hydrostatic Head rating to help keep you dry in wet weather. In simple terms, this means the fabric can withstand significant water pressure before moisture penetrates. Combined with taped seams and a sewn-in groundsheet, it provides reliable protection against heavy rain during camping trips.
Is the bedroom divider optional?
Yes, the bedroom divider can be left in place or removed, depending on how you want to use the space. Loops and toggles make it easy to hang or remove the divider inside the bedroom. Leave the divider in place to split the sleeping area into two separate rooms for extra privacy when sleeping or remove it to create one larger shared bedroom if you prefer.

It is such a luxury to have some much standing room! I felt like I could run laps around this space. The bedroom was spacious as a single room, I haven't tried it with the room divider yet. I feel 5-berth may be a little generous, but certainly very comfy for three plus a dog.
The blackout room in the sleeping area was so lovely. Good quality windows and fly nets etc.

Really nice tent. Water proof to a very high spec. Easy-ish to put up unless windy. Bedroom could of been a lot bigger and made living area smaller as that gets very little use. Very hard to make tent stable and accurate through. Could do with a step by step full video from start to finish for good tips and I'm going to buy more pegs and guide rooms to keep as stable as possible. Still great tent.

I recently bought the Trail Stannon 5 Tent Waterproof 5000 mm as my first-ever tent and am absolutely thrilled with it: the fully sewn-in groundsheet includes a raised front step that keeps bugs at bay, and the Dark Zone bedroom comes with both mesh vents and handy storage pockets. The living area is surprisingly spacious and tall enough to stand in, featuring zipped cable access mesh ventilation to allow airflow even while the canopy is pitched, and king poles to create a dry sheltered porch. After three uses in a month—including one during a storm—the interior stayed dry even in heavy rain, and the roomy layout felt much larger than online photos suggest. For anyone wanting comfort, practicality, and peace of mind in challenging weather, it really is the perfect tent — I couldn’t be happier! Tent arrived on time, will definitely order from them again in the future.
