Bought two camping chairs which arrived within three days, free delivery, well boxed and protected. The chairs are of good quality very light in weight and above all, comfortable.
Our order was for two blue chairs, however when we opened the boxes one was grey albeit the box labelling said it was blue. I contacted Customer Services just to explain the error even though we had decided we would keep the grey chair, just in case we ever had to return it.
Dealing with Customer Service’s was very easy and their response was prompt, and efficient, they offered to replace the chair immediately and said it was not something they expected to happen and apologised.
We are very happy with the products we bought and the after care service we were offered, I would recommend this company and we would use them again without hesitation.

Due to our starting to find our existing collapsible/roll-up type chairs increasing uncomfortable, we decided to invest in a pair of much more substantial folding recliner chair for use with our motorhome.
After doing some online research we settled on a pair of Trail Outdoor Leisure reclining camping chairs in dark grey.
These chairs represent great value for money, are very well constructed with ample padding, but more importantly for us, they are very comfortable and easy to use.
Communication with the seller was excellent, the website was easy to use and the items were delivered within the advised timescale in excellent condition thanks to the use of substantial protective packaging.
Overall we are very satisfied with our new chairs, so happily recommend them and the retailer to others.
Only downside is that they do not come with a protective cover and the seller unfortunately does not stock or supply them.
However, they can be found online via other sellers and manufacturers.

Chairs are of good quality material which we hope will last. Good Ali frame , screws together nicely . The seat and back rest felt very comfortable. The material seems of good quality . I would give 5 stars on face value. However, as we need to use them over time I can’t give 5 stars for this reason. They look good , feel good so if reading they are 5 star at this point .

This is so comfortable, and I can fit in it, this is ideal for the larger person up to 23 odd stone, it gives dimensions so you can measure yourself to check you can fit into it, luckily I do so I bought it.
