Very pleased with this cart. It is stronger than I thought it would be, the brakes on two of the wheels are very useful and I loved the handles on the cover which helped lift the cart into the car. Awful quality. Nuts/bolts came loose and the wheels fell off within 10 mins the first time it was used (on dry grass) despite carrying less than 1/2 of the max weight limit. Contacted customer services twice and never got a response from them. Waste of money.

It looks great, holds a lot of weight, and is easy enough to pull. However, the brake from one of the front wheels came off the first time we used it, shortly followed by the wheel itself. It was possible to re-attach the wheel (with some difficulty), but not the brake. Very disappointing as there was no misuse - we literally took it out of the bag, put the kids in it, and started to pull it across the festival site i.e. exactly what it's designed for.
