Single Fleece Sleeping Bag Liner fits inside most single envelope sleeping bags to add an extra layer of warmth and insulation (measures L220cm x W80cm).

Forms a protective barrier between your body and your sleeping bag to protect it from sweat and body oils (machine washable at 30˚C for easy cleaning).
Soft 150gsm microfleece material has an excellent warmth to weight ratio (same level of warmth as a 2 season sleeping bag, but less than half the weight).
Designed with a snug drawcord hood to keep your pillow in place, plus a 2-way zip with hook and loop closure to easily open, close, and regulate the temperature.
Can also be used instead of a sleeping bag if you’re camping in hot, humid weather, or in hostels and hotels to protect you from dirty or contaminated sheets.
Lightweight and compact with drawcord bag to easily store and carry (measures 28cm x 17cm and weighs 200g when stored in bag to fit inside a backpack).

Lightweight (I'm on public transport and have arthritis, not up Everest but...) and was warm enough to use without sleeping bag for overnight May camp in Charmouth (obv with decent inflateable mat and silver reflective mat and thermals). Also fully unzips to a blanket, so really versatile.
