Designed with two quick-flow self-inflation valves, one on each side. Simply roll the mat out onto the ground, open the valves, and they automatically draw in air. As they draw in air, the mat inflates itself. Once inflated, you can manually blow in some extra air to firm the mat up if needed.

Features an open-cell foam core which expands when inflated and compresses when deflated. During inflation, holes in the foam fill with air, expanding it to 2.5 or 5cm thick. Provides excellent support and comfort. Plus, insulation from the cold, hard ground for superior warmth while sleeping.

Compact Pack Size

To deflate the mat, turn the inflation valves halfway between open and closed. Then, gently roll the mat towards the valves to push air out. Once deflated and rolled up, straps with buckles help to keep it compact and secure. So, you can easily store it in the drawcord bag provided.
