Dome Shelter is fast and easy to pitch with cross-over poles and roof poles to provide plenty of height and space (measures L350cm x W350cm x H230cm when pitched).
Designed using exclusive high-density TRX 190T polyester fabric for superior strength and durability, with tough 150D pole sleeves to protect from snags, rips, and tears.
4 zip away side panels for easy access, each consisting of an outer mesh with a sunshade panel zipped onto the inside (unzip completely, or leave the outer mesh panels up).
Rated UPF50+ to provide superior protection from the sun’s harmful UV rays, with durable taped seams and a 2000mm Hydrostatic Head to provide excellent rain protection.
Extended floor valance to protect from damp and draughts, roof vent for enhanced ventilation, and mesh pockets to store the removable sides panels and other belongings.
Pegs and pre-fitted hi-vis guy-lines for optimal stability when pitched, plus oversized bag to easily pack and carry (measures 63cm x 22cm x 19cm and weighs 9.8kg in bag).

Good product for price-is waterproof. Hard to put up without 2 adults ideally 4 if slightly windy. Side doors are a bit odd in design and I wonder if mine are the wrong way round, but zips fixed so can’t turn them? But minor issue. If it was more than a slight breeze it would take off and need more secure guys than supplied. Overall good quality fabric and poles. Have used it x1 for 3 days at festival and seems durable.

So far, this seems very good. Took a little while to put up on my own in the garden but it feels very big once up and I expect it to make a good kitchen while camping.
Not too sure about the advice to fix the middle dome poles before inserting the others. As a one man job it was easier to insert all the poles first and then start tensioning them.

Good product. Instructions Ok. We did a you tube also to help. I would say it's a two man job to erect. We had caravan and motorhome holidays for over 20 years, so we have put up plenty of awnings etc. We only used it in good weather, for a family "do" so not sure how it would perform in stormy weather.

The mesh stops many insects getting in and allows for air flow when warm. The height is really good and its very spacious. Our dog can still get in under the edges when closed so ideal. On the first use, the holes holding the top poles have worn, they need repairing before furthers. Not hugely expensive, but I would expect more than one use. To be fair, I haven’t as yet told the seller. Let’s see how that goes.

Great dispatch from trail. I had been looking for one for a while and the reviews seemed positive however it didn’t stand up to 28mph gusts of wind despite one review stating it had with held 55mph winds in Cornwall. Unfortunately one of the top cross pieces was pushed out and tore the tent fabric at the top within 24 hours of being put up. Might be worth investing in one that does not have separate pole arches at the top. Shame as otherwise it was a nice looking shelter and would have been perfect to gather under.

Not sore I’d pay the RRP for this but the offer price was good value. Great for when it’s a bit windy to put our canopy out on the camper van. Stood up well to a windy night and kept our chairs table and bikes nice and dry when it rained. I use heavy duty pegs which keep it grounded well.
Also like the way you can vent all the sides which was great when the midges were about in the evening. Also kept the dog from wondering off!

After our Cadac shelter bit the dust, we looked around for a new dome. This one came up on my searches and I liked the look of it. I also liked that it comes with zip in sides. With a choice of two colours, grey or blue, we opted for the blue as it matches the gazebo that we display in. Easy yo put up and very stable in normal use, it is great, every bit as good as the Cadac we had. As for price? It is a lot less expensive than the offerings from Coleman and others. Couple that with superfast delivery, it just made sense. So all in all,. a great move on our part!
