How long does it take to pitch an air tent?

Air tents are designed for a fast and simple setup, typically taking around 15 to 20 minutes to pitch. Start by pegging down the corners of the tent, then inflate the air poles using the manual pump included. Once inflated, secure the remaining peg points and guy lines. Finally, attach the bedroom pods and groundsheet if your tent doesn’t have a sewn-in groundsheet.

Can you use an electric pump to inflate an air tent?

We recommend using the manual pump included with our air tents rather than an electric pump. The air poles are designed to inflate quickly and easily using the supplied pump, so they require very little effort. Because of this, an electric pump isn’t necessary. In addition, many campsites don’t offer electric hook-up pitches, making a manual pump a practical option.

Are replacement air poles available for your air tents?

While we don’t sell replacement air poles separately, we do keep them in stock as spare parts for our customers. The air poles are designed to be strong and durable, so it’s unlikely you’ll ever need a replacement. However, if you experience an issue with the air poles on your tent, simply contact our team and we’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement if needed.
