We’ve designed the Hawk with extra-wide feet which are pre-attached for superior strength and durability. Because they’re bigger than the feet on basic chairs, they provide optimum stability on softer ground, as well as greater protection on hard surfaces like concrete.
A nylon ground mat is included to protect the chair from sinking into soft, wet ground or sand. Simply secure it to the chair using its retaining strap, then attach the reinforced loops and corner pockets to the legs and feet. On hard ground, the chair can be used without the mat.
Strength also sits at the forefront of the Hawk’s design. Despite its size, it can support a hefty 120kg load. That’s because it has a strong steel frame which is more rigid than aluminium to prevent it bowing over time. Plus, it’s powder-coated for rust-resistance.
The seat has a durable 600D PVC coated polyester back which is solid rather than mesh to provide optimum lumbar support, comfort, and warmth in cooler weather. Breathable mesh sides help to keep you nice and cool when the weather turns hot and humid.
